The property is built around an historical tower that dates back to the 1400s, and that has seen a lot of different activities over the years until it was rebuilt from scratch by the family. Today Cantine De Gregorio is a sustainable winery (three sustainability badges obtained so far: Viva, SOSTain and SQNPI), sole producer of Tannat 100% in Sicily, cornerstone of event planning in the area, and growing its brand overall.

Carus Vini is a young family-owned estate located in San Casciano Val di Pesa, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. Our vineyard spans 26 hectares, of which 13.5 hectares are dedicated to wine production and 5.5 hectares to olive groves. In our vineyards, we produce high-quality organic wines – Chianti Classico and Super Tuscans – exclusively from our own grapes. We create fine wines with minimal environmental impact by using modern technologies and experimenting with precision agriculture techniques. In our winery, we have installed solar panels for energy production, and in the vineyards, we are experimenting with natural enzymes to strengthen the vines' immune system.
